Game Day Guide

1. Bison Mobile Ticketing

• Tickets can be accessed through Bison Account Manager (if purchased directly through the Bison) or Ticketmaster App (if purchased online via TicketMaster). Bison Account Manager can be accessed HERE
• If you are unable to access digital tickets, please contact a Bison ticket rep at 309-965-4373 extension 2.
• Tickets NOT obtained through a member of the Bloomington Bison Ticket Staff, Grossinger Motors Arena Box Office (“Box Office”), or Ticketmaster are purchased at your own risk and might be tickets that have been lost, stolen, or have been illegally resold. In such cases, those tickets will not be honored. 

2. Key Locations

• The Ticketing Assistance Table is located behind Section 110. If you are in need of services or have questions at a game, please stop by and we can assist!
• The Bison Merchandise Store is located behind Section 106 on the concourse. There is also a kiosk located behind Section 112!
• The 50/50 Raffle is operated by Bloomington Youth Hockey. Tickets can be purchased at their table on the carpeted concourse behind section 101!

3. Arena Policies

• Walk-through metal detectors will be in place at every Bison home game. Guests are asked to have their keys, wallets, and phones out of their pockets upon arrival at the security checkpoints and jackets should be unzipped.
• Grossinger Motors Arena’s “Clear Bag Policy” allows guests to bring personal belongings in a clear tote not to exceed 12”x12”x6’. Wristlets are permitted but may not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” or a One Gallon, Resealable Clear Plastic Storage Bag. More info can be found here
• All arena food and concession stands are now cashless. Credit and debit cards, as well as Apple/Google Pay, are accepted as forms of payment.

4. Bison Merchandise Store

• The Bison Merchandise (Team) store is located behind section 106 on the concourse, with a kiosk located also behind Section 112!
• There is also a third store location, at the Bison front offices, located on 318 West Washington St, Suite 1A
• The store is open during all Bison home games, with the office location being open during the following: 
  •  Monday-Friday 11am-5pm 
  • Game Day Saturdays 11am-5pm
  • Game Day Sundays 11am-1pm
• No Food & Beverages allowed inside of the store
• Season Members can utilize a discount, based on their level of commitment and what their plan awards
• The Merchandise store is also cashless. Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay are accepted
• Jersey customization is available by request, by completing and order form and allowing for roughly 4 weeks for the jersey to be sent back post embroidery

5. Birthday Announcements

• Do you want to get a birthday shoutout on our video board at the game? Swing by the Ticketing Table located behind Section 110 to get an announcement, prior to the 2^nd period
• Names of those celebrating will be read & displayed during 2^nd intermission

6. Key Times

• Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Home Games:
  Doors Open: 6:00PM
  Warmups: 6:30PM
  Puck Drop: 7:00PM
• Sunday Home Games:
  Doors Open: 2:00PM
  Warmups: 2:30PM
  Puck Drop: 3:00PM

7. Special Deals and Offers

• The Bloomington Bison are happy to partner with FanSaves to offer vendor deals to ticket buyers, as well as exclusive Season Member Deals!

8. Jersey Auction Nights

• The Bison have several Specialty Jersey Auction Nights throughout the season. These are available here at our promo schedule
• The auctions take place post-game, in Section 113, with an auctioneer handling the festivities from center ice!
